Frequently asked questions
Does PolyLead hold my money?+
No. Your money stays in your Polymarket account. We can only place Polymarket orders for that same account, within your limits. We cannot transfer or withdraw it — your Turnkey vault's rules forbid it, not just our promise.
What if the trader starts losing?+
You lose with them, but never more than your limits: amount per trade, daily limit and total budget, checked before every order. A stop-loss closes a position once it falls by the percentage you chose. You can stop copying at any time.
How much does it cost?+
Practice copies are free and unlimited. Your first 5 real trades are free. After that, $0.15 per real order from your PolyLead balance. Top up any amount from $1 in USDC on Polygon; the balance never expires. No subscription and no automatic charges. Polymarket may charge its own fees under its own rules.
Can I use it from any country?+
No. Polymarket does not accept orders from some countries, and we follow that. Getting around it with a VPN or proxy is not allowed and can cost you your Polymarket account too. Details are on the Terms page.
Can I try it without money?+
Yes. Until real trading is switched on for your account, copies are practice: they are calculated at real Polymarket prices and shown in your history, but no money is spent. You can see how a trader copies before you risk anything.
How much money do I need to start?+
One copy is at least $1: Polymarket does not accept smaller orders. Start with an amount you can comfortably lose, and set a total budget for each trader.
What happens to my positions if I stop copying?+
New trades stop being copied. Positions already open stay in your Polymarket account, and you can close them there yourself. While copying is stopped, take-profit and stop-loss do not fire for them.
How do I contact you?+
Write to [email protected]. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key — anyone who does is not us.
What is “Our traders”?+
Traders who publish their strategy on PolyLead. Each one proves the Polymarket account is theirs and is approved by us. Their results come from Polymarket itself. Their wallet address is never shown.
How much does copying our traders cost?+
Besides the usual price per real order, a share of profit: by default 10% to the trader and 5% to PolyLead, only from positions that closed in profit, paid from your PolyLead balance. Losses are recovered first, so you never pay twice for the same profit.
How do traders get paid?+
Their share is credited on PolyLead. A trader requests a payout to a USDC address on Polygon, and PolyLead pays it by hand after a check — this protects against theft.
