Privacy policy
What PolyLead stores about you, why, who else receives it, and how to have it deleted. Written to match what the platform actually does.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Who is responsible
PolyLead (polylead.io) is an independent service, not affiliated with Polymarket. For anything about your data, write to the contact address at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
Your account: email address, a hashed password (never the password itself), the display name you choose and, if you came through an invite, who invited you.
Your connection: the address of the Polymarket wallet you connect and the identifiers of your Turnkey vault. Never your seed phrase or private key: they are encrypted on your device and never reach us.
How you use the service: the traders you follow, your limits and settings, the trades and positions copied for you, your balance and top-ups, chat messages and, if you apply as a trader, your public profile and payout requests.
Technical data: your IP address when you register and for each sign-in session, together with the browser name; a security log of important account actions; and ordinary web server logs (IP address, page requested, browser), which are kept for 14 days.
Why we use it
To run your account and copy the trades you asked for, within your limits.
To keep your balance, charge for real orders and settle profit fees, as described in the Terms.
To protect accounts and the platform: rate limits, lockouts after failed logins, and making sure the free allowance and invite rewards go to one real person rather than to many accounts from the same place.
To send the emails you need: confirming your address, resetting your password and important notices about your account.
Who else receives data
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Turnkey keeps your key vault and signs the Polymarket orders you enabled. Polymarket receives those orders, as with any order placed there. Brevo delivers our emails and therefore sees your email address. DigitalOcean hosts our servers, in the Netherlands.
Top-ups are USDC transfers on the Polygon network. Like every blockchain transfer they are public and permanent; neither we nor anyone else can remove them.
We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
What is public on the site
Chat messages are visible to other chat participants, under your display name.
If you become one of Our traders, your profile (username, name, description, strategy) and your trading results are public. The wallet address behind it is never shown to other users.
Cookies and browser storage
We use one sign-in cookie, which page scripts cannot read, and one cookie that remembers your language.
Your browser also keeps a few settings for us: theme, view mode, the chat room you last opened, a mark that you are signed in, and an invite code if you arrived through one.
There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics on PolyLead.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Web server logs are deleted after 14 days.
When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data from the platform. Records needed to settle balances, fees or payouts may be kept for as long as that requires. Blockchain transfers cannot be deleted by anyone.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write from the email address of your account, so we can tell it is you.
You can disconnect your Polymarket account on the site at any time; we stop signing immediately. Removing our user from your Turnkey vault makes it permanent.
Security
How your key and your account are protected is explained in detail on the Security page.
Children
PolyLead is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who receives it, we update this page and the date at the top.
